Peter B. Kyne

Peter Bernhard Kyne (12 Oktober 1880 – 25 November 1957 ) adalah seorang novelis Amerika Serikat yang melakukan penerbitan antara 1904 dan 1940. Ia lahir dan meninggal di San Francisco, California. Kebanyakan karyanya diadaptasi ke dalam skenario pada era film bisu, terutama novel pertamanya, The Three Godfathers, yang diterbitkan pada 1913 dan meraih kesuksesan besar. Lebih dari 100 film diadaptasi dari karya-karyanya antara 1914 dan 1952. kebanyakan film terawal dibuat tanpa ijin atau kompensasi.[1] Kyne membuat karakter Cappy Ricks dalam seri novel.
