Sandaime J Soul Brothers (bahasa Jepang: 三代目, Sandaime; "Third Generation"), dulunya disebut J Soul Brothers dan ditulis sebagai Sandaime J Soul Brothers from Exile Tribe, adalah sebuah frup vokal dan dansa J-pop yang dibentuk oleh ketua grup musik Exile Hiro di Jepang pada 1991.
