Kickxellomycotina é um grupo de fungos.[1] Esta designação substituiu "Harpellomycotina", pois "Kickxellomycotina" tinha um nome base mais antigo.[2] Pertencia ao grupo Zygomycota, mas esse agrupamento foi considerado polifilético baseado em análises filogenéticas.[3]

Inclui as ordens Asellariales, Kickxellales, Dimargaritales, e Harpellales.
