Forfoleda ist eine westspanische Gemeinde (municipio) in der Provinz Salamanca in der Autonomen Gemeinschaft Kastilien-León. Sie hatte im Jahr 2019 193 Einwohner. Neben dem Hauptort Forfoleda besteht noch der kleine Weiler Santibáñez del Cañedo.
