Dreidel
Dreidel (bahasa Yiddi: דרײדל dreydl plural: dreydlekh,[1] bahasa Ibrani: סביבון sevivon) adalah sebuah gasing empat sisi, yang dimainkan pada saat hari raya Yahudi Hanukkah. Dreidel adalah sebuah varian Yahudi dari teetotum, sebuah mainan judi yang ditemukan dalam beberapa budaya Eropa.
Dreidel kayu
Setiap sisi dari dreidel tersebut tercantum sebuah huruf dari abjad Ibrani: נ (Nun), ג (Gimel), ה (He), ש (Shin), yang merupakan bentuk akronim dari "נס גדול היה שם" (Nes Gadol Hayah Sham – "sebuah mukjizat besar terjadi disini").
